We work with you, involving the key people in pre-planning for your event/ team building/ coaching etc. This allows us to tailor what we do so that you get an intervention that is truly bespoke to your needs. We specialise in developing high performance working for teams and organisations facing rapid growth and change. We apply Appreciative Inquiry where relevant to ensure that any solution proposed is truly inclusive, building on the positives at all levels of the organisation to achieve your goals and become a learning organisation that can cope with future change more effectively.

Do you want to set free the creativity and ingenuity within your organisation or team? Are you looking to delegate and motivate so that your people are working to a much higher capacity and become self starters? Appreciative Inquiry can unlock that power by working with and through the whole team realise potential and unlock the creativity of the people who work for you. From smaller team building activities to whole organisation summits – big thinking for positive change. We help you find what is best about your current team and build on it. We use the ‘Language and Behaviour [LAB] profile’ to see where the team may be light in skills or approaches to work and to help you assign appropriate tasks and responsibilities or make new appointments.

Equip


We have a range of management and accelerated learning techniques and human performance technologies that can help you and your team perform more effectively. We call these our Efficiency Power Tools. Learn to speed read and retain information more quickly and comprehensively at the same time. Use graphic techniques that work with your brain instead of against its natural order, we build upon the techniques devised by Tony Buzan in his ground breaking Mind Mapping books. Prioritise your time in accordance with your values and goals with the ‘Rocks in my Bucket’ prioritisation course. Work more efficiently with our F;O;E [Focused; Organised and Effective] programme which includes coaching as well as training and take a Language and Behaviour [ LAB] profile to find out your most effective way of working and influencing others.

Embed

We know that all too often training and other interventions can fail to be implemented when people return to the everyday pressures of work. For that reason we can work with individuals and groups over a longer period to help embed the new skills/ techniques/ processes in the organisation. We will coach people on specifics and/or offer a range of Executive and Business coaching irrespective of any earlier involvement. We also specialise in helping you to develop a coaching culture through training your people in coaching and mentoring. We truly believe that most organisations have the capacity to implement continuing development and change over time.
