Our own experience of large consultancies convinced us to set up Summerhouses. In contrast, if you contact us, the person you discuss the work with is the person who leads and carries out the work with you, staying with you every step of the way to make sure that we get it right and you get the results you want. Phil Aspden: Phil's expertise is drawn from a long and varied experience of effective leadership and management. He is now well respected for advising many organisations on strategy; planning and managing people:
- Senior management positions in private companies, not for profit and government departments
- Executive and non executive board positions
- International experience in knowledge management, training and strategic planning in Malawi; Namibia and Sri Lanka
- Management through rapid growth taking one organisation with £600,000 turnover to £12 million in five years
- Appreciative Inquiry and Solutions Focus Professional
